4-story mixed use residential/retail project. 137 units and 7K SF of retail (10 flexible-format retail spaces), live-work units with work space on the ground floor, and siz affordable housing units. Owned and developed in partnership with Space Investment Partners.

New 80 acre Planning Area which was site planned, re-zoned, and entitled for 1350 units. Project has 5 new residential product types and separate architects for apartment homes within various villages. Plan includes six parks, recreation and pool areas all with extraordinary amenities.

Participated in the entitlement process collaborating with five different architects who were responsible for designing various apartment projects within the development. Additionally, worked with another architect to design the amenities for each of the villages. The project encompassed 3400 apartments to be built in two phases, spanning approximately 40 acres of land.

This ground up development project goal was to create the perfect union between work and play, home and community. With ground floor retail, 480 units in the prime location of Beverly Grove. This project utilized varying heights, shapes and textures.

Designed, constructed, and successfully sold these luxury residential condominiums situated above the iconic Sunset Strip. Owned and developed with Houlihan Parnes, Scarsdale, NY.

Restoration, reconstruction, and leasing of the Historic "Barker Bros building". The project encompassed approximately 500,000 SF of office space and 30,000 SF of retail space. Additionally, it involved obtaining entitlements for a new 43-story hotel located behind the historic building.

Worked with Macklowe West. Renovated the office buildings and new Sky lobby connecting the two towers. 14 Stories and 460,000 SF.

Worked alongside Hugh Hardy (architect) and Laurie Olin (Landscape Architect) on the restoration and reconstruction of the Historic Park which spans the City Block between 5th and 6th Ave. on 42nd Street and includes the National Historic Landmark 42nd Street Library by McKim Mead and White.

Worked alongside Hugh Hardy (architect) on the restoration and design of the block long restaurant at the back of the Historic 42nd Street Library at the East end of the Park. The Bryant Park restaurant was designed to seamlessly blend with the surrounding park, featuring lattice work, glass elements, and an impressive rooftop deck, giving it a natural and harmonious appearance within its environment.

Re-imagining and design of a renowned symbol of New York’s nightlight on the 65th floor, a circular space spanning 4,400 SF adorned with exquisite chandeliers, sconces, and dazzling window displays.

Construction of a multilevel market located underneath the 59th Street "Queensboro" Bridge in NYC. Collaborated with renowned restaurateur, Harley Baldwin, to obtain the necessary approvals and oversee the construction process. One of the unique features of the project was a tile vault ceiling that spanned the entire bridge, which was designed and built by the architect Rafael Guastavino.
